In order to return your items please follow our returns procedure detailed below.
- Please download or print our Returns Form.
- Complete the form with your details and the reason for the return.
- Return the goods, and enclose the completed Returns Form.
- Please notify us by email that you are returning the goods. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged goods.
We will refund the cost of your purchase within 7 - 14 working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied or arrived damaged then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. All goods are quality checked before despatching and due care is taken when packing in order to avoid damage.
