Returns

We understand that occasionally you may wish to return goods to us.

Our ‘no quibble’ guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We will gladly exchange, replace or refund your purchase with the following exceptions: –

  • We cannot accept the return of a product if it has been opened. If an item has been opened we will only accept the return if the product is found to be faulty.
  • If you are returning an item because of error on our part, or because it’s faulty, we will refund both the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
  • If you are returning items other than as a result of errors on our part or product defects then you will be responsible for the original delivery charge and the return costs.
  • We regret that we are unable to accept returns on the following products for hygiene reasons: Organic Aloe Concealer, Organic Colour Lock and All Cosmetic Brushes.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are returning all the items from your first online order for a full refund, this is only acceptable if the free gift (where applicable) is also returned.

In order to return your items please follow our returns procedure detailed below.

  • Please download or print our Returns Form.
  • Complete the form with your details and the reason for the return.
  • Return the goods, and enclose the completed Returns Form.

  • Please notify us by email that you are returning the goods. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged goods.

We will refund the cost of your purchase within 7 – 14 working days of receiving the goods. We will only refund the postage and packaging costs if the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied or arrived damaged.

All goods are quality checked before despatching and due care is taken when packing in order to avoid damage.
