2) What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer First Class, Recorded, Special Delivery Next Day, Guaranteed Saturday Delivery and Airmail services via Royal Mail for all orders.
All orders including Special Next Day and Guaranteed Saturday Delivery must be received by no later than 3:00pm for same day processing and despatch.
3) How much are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of an order, not per item and will be clearly displayed during checkout. Please refer to our Delivery and Shipping information page for shipping charges.
4) What payment method do you accept?
We use HSBC to process our payments online at Afterglow Cosmetics.co.uk. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Euro Card, Solo, Delta, and Visa Electron. Please note all payments will be subject to a security check by HSBC. For additional security transactions are also processed by Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™.

If your order does not arrive within 14 days of despatch then please email us with your order number and we will follow up with Royal Mail on your behalf.
8) Can my order be shipped to an alternate address?
For security reasons we do not ship to alternative addresses other than the cardholders address. If an alternative address is absolutely necessary for the purpose of a gift, then please telephone us to complete your order. We may require additional information and shipping to an alternative address will be at our discretion.
